Lose track of time

I sleep past my alarm.

I scatter and show up to work 10 minutes late.

I come home an hour after I should have.

I go to a baseball game or a walk or scroll.

I lose track of time.

I clean up.

And think of all the things I forgot to do.

Or wish I had the energy to do.

I go to bed.

And start again.
